Danny has been writing and performing his songs since the early 70s. His songs cover a range of genres - folk, blues, rock, ballads, indie etc.

Bands he has headed include - If But Maybe; 2D; Heroes and Villains; The FirePigs; Feralblu; and The Broken Arrows. The cd ‘METEOR’ was recorded with The FirePigs in 2005, all songs written by him.

He works primarily as a solo artist, Danny V, since The Broken Arrows broke up in 2017.
